I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was able to explore all the major attractions within walking distance. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests I had. They even allowed me to check in early and check out later, which was a great convenience. The room was amazing, exceeding my expectations. It was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities I needed, from a comfortable sitting area to a mini fridge. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options, and the in-room dining service was exceptional. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected.
This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The hotel is from the Soviet era, so the room was huge but furniture very old and very used. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
we arrived at 7am and has to wait until 12 to enter the room or pay half day....when they had available rooms.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to the Hydrofoil pier to Kizhi island, making it a convenient and easy place to stay. the rooms are typical for the price range, but the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the service is prompt and the breakfast is tasty, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Some of the rooms have great views of the city and the surrounding mountains, which is a big plus.
Some rooms may be noisy due to their location next to busy streets or offices.

The hotel I stayed was pretty convenient in terms of location. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Plus, there was a nice breakfast included which saved us a lot of time and money. The staff was friendly and welcoming too.
The major issue I had with this hotel was the unbearable smell in our room. Despite our complaints, no action was taken until our last day. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a rip-off. We had to pay for it, and even then, it was really slow. Not worth it at all.

Spent a lovely Christmas holiday in the heart of the city. Great location as we could easily access all the key attractions in the area. The hotel offered a decent buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes to choose from. enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere.
The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around with our luggage. the shower drain was not working properly which resulted in some standing water inside the shower.
