I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was able to explore all the major attractions within walking distance. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests I had. They even allowed me to check in early and check out later, which was a great convenience. The room was amazing, exceeding my expectations. It was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities I needed, from a comfortable sitting area to a mini fridge. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options, and the in-room dining service was exceptional. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected.

The hotel is from the Soviet era, so the room was huge but furniture very old and very used. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

we arrived at 7am and has to wait until 12 to enter the room or pay half day....when they had available rooms.

I have stayed there before, Now they have had an complete renovation, and standard is far higher. Friendly service, excellent location.

Some of the rooms have great views of the city and the surrounding mountains, which is a big plus.

The hotel offered a decent buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes to choose from. enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around with our luggage. the shower drain was not working properly which resulted in some standing water inside the shower.
